We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
We will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact us for return instructions.
If you feel that you’ve received the wrong selections or your order is otherwise in error, please contact us and we’ll facilitate the exchange of the incorrect order contents for the correct item(s).
Your credit card will be billed at the time of your quarterly shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your selections outside of the above-stated reasons (lost/damaged items), please contact us. While we will work with you to refine your choice of selections and improve your next experience, we do not offer refunds on purchases made for any reason other than flawed (corked) or otherwise damaged products.
Murphys Wine Club features a variety of wines that appeal to all different types of palettes. We are confident that we have something for everyone and that you will find wines that are just right for you.
You may cancel or suspend your Murphys Wine Club membership at anytime. Murphys Wine Club reserves the right to cancel your membership at anytime.
